Klarna lets you buy now and pay later, so you can receive your order first and pay for it afterwards. Simply select Klarna at the checkout and follow the on-screen steps.
Klarna is available for private (non-business) orders only. The exact options shown to you at checkout may depend on Klarna's assessment. For full details on your plan, payment dates and any terms, please refer to the information provided by Klarna during checkout.
Yes, ordering on invoice is possible! To make this work smoothly, the following conditions apply:
- You're an existing customer with us;
- The order is placed as a business order;
- You have a valid VAT number.
For your first order on invoice, we do ask for payment in advance — after that, you're all set to order on invoice going forward.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to pay the driver on delivery. Handling cash payments on-site involves quite a bit of extra administration, so to keep things simple and secure for everyone, we've chosen not to offer this option. Thanks for your understanding!
Once your order has been dispatched, your invoice will be available in your account. If you do not have an account, or if you are unable to find your invoice, please contact our customer service team.
If you have chosen to pay by invoice, please contact our customer service team for our UK bank account details. Always include your name and order number when making a payment.
As soon as we've processed your return, we'll refund the amount straight away. This is handled via our payment service provider (PSP), which takes care of all our payment methods, including refunds. It may take one extra business day for the funds to actually appear in your account — just how the banking process works.
