Account

If you would like to create an account, go to "Sign In" in the top right corner of the page and click "Create one!". You can then fill in your details. Once you have clicked 'Submit', your account will be created.

You can update your details at any time within your account. This includes information such as your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and payment information. Follow these steps to update your personal details:

1. Go to the sign-in screen and log in with your email address and password.
2. Click on 'Account Information'.
3. Here you can change your personal information, email address and password.
4. Click 'Save' and your details will be updated and saved.

If you can no longer remember the email address associated with your account, please send an email to our customer service team.

To help us identify your account and retrieve the correct email address, please include the following information in your email:

• Your first and last name
• Your address (town/city, street name and number, postcode)

This way we can match your details to your account and provide you with the correct email address.

If you are interested in an item but do not wish to buy it right away, you can add it to your wish list. To do this, click the 'Add to Wish List' button on the item you want. At any time, you can move items from your wish list to your basket and complete your purchase at a later date.

When logged in to your account, click on 'My Wish List' in the left-hand menu. Here you can see which items are on your wish list. Please note that items added to your wish list are only visible when you are logged in.

In your wish list, there is a checkbox on the left-hand side of each item. To remove an item from your wish list, select it by ticking the checkbox, then click the 'Remove' button to delete the item.

Items will remain on your wish list until you decide to remove them or move them from your wish list to your basket.
